Does it bother anyone else that the "cutting edge technology" that Kinect is supposed to represent actually affords the player less precision than what we had with "Duck Hunt" for the NES circa 1984? I hate to think of what gaming in general is going to look like if gyroscopes and motion sensors become the de facto standard for interface devices.

ReplyDeleteWii controllers have no precision either. I think that's why my wife liked Soul Caliber so much - just wave it any old way.
